The EL CAPORAL Team of the Week - Girls Cross Country

This week's CAPORAL, Lakota East Team of the Week, is the Thunderhawk Girls Cross Country Team.
The East Girls Cross Country team is having a fine 2023 season. The Hawks have consistently improved their team placings and individual times since the start of the season in August. This was evidenced by their 1st place finish at last weekend's Jim Murray Invite. The team also had a strong showing at the very tough Mason Invite earlier this fall, finishing a strong 11th overall. The Hawks had 3rd place finishes at the East Fall Classic and Loveland Invite. East will look to move up in the GMC with the league championships this Saturday at VOA.
