The Boys Soccer Team returns 14 lettermen from last year’s team. Lead by 9 returning starters and 10 seniors, this team is aiming to win the program’s 2nd GMC Championship and make a deep run in the OHSAA tournament. In addition to competing in one of the top conferences in Ohio, Lakota East will face some of the best non-conference teams in the Southwest Ohio starting with their home opener against last year’s regional champion, St. Xavier on Saturday, August 21. Other non-conference matches include, last year’s regional runner-up, Centerville Elks, district runner-up, Loveland Tigers, division II regional runner-up Summit Country Day, also competing against the Northmont Thunderbolts, Springboro Panthers and Milford Eagles.
