Academic Quiz Team Knocks Off Colerain
East Quizzers knocked off Colerain on Wednesday, 67-39 and 49-26. The Hawks are 10-6 on the season and will compete at the GMC tourney on Saturday, 2/15 at Hamilton.

Boys Basketball Falls to Fairfield
East Boy's took a tumble last Friday falling at Fairfield 51-46. The Indians surged out to a big 1st quarter lead but East battled their way back and actually had a small lead at the end of the third quarter. In the end, foul issues and missed shots led to another GMC loss (9-4).

Girls Basketball Dominates Fairfield Indians 64-38

Boys Basketball Blows By Mason
East Boys Bball had no problem defeating Mason last Friday by a 59-26 blowout. Trey Perry led East with 25 points and Brady Bowman added 10.
East (12-5, 9-3) will host Springfield on Tuesday in a non-conference affair.
Girls Basketball Falls to Mason
The Hawks suffered only their 2nd GMC loss of the season on Wednesday, falling to Mason 59-39. East fell behind at the half 30-24 and couldn't overcome the deficit later in the game. Brooke Ashner's 18 points led the Hawks.
East (12-6, 11-2) will look to return to their winning ways when they visit Fairfield on Saturday.
