BACK-TO-BACK SHUTOUTS FOR LADY HAWKS

What a week for East Girls Soccer!
The Lady Hawks opened GMC play Tuesday with a convincing 6-0 victory over Middletown, getting goals from six different players — Gianna Perry, Bailey Bacher, Hope Oldfield, Lexi Steltzer, Braelynn Wilson and Aubrey Yeazell.
East followed that Thursday with another shutout, defeating Kings 2-0 on the road. Bacher and Lexi Stelzer scored, while goalkeeper Emmaline Slusher made 10 saves to preserve the clean sheet.
East improves to 3-1-1 overall and 1-0 in the GMC.
