HALEY THOMPSON
Lakota East Athletics is proud to recognize Haley Thompson as this week’s Putters Sports Grill Spring Athlete of the Week!

Haley, a junior third baseman and key part of the Thunderhawks' lineup, has been an offensive force this season. As the team's three-hole hitter, she currently leads Lakota East with a .431 batting average and a .535 on-base percentage.

Thompson is also tied for the team lead in doubles (8) alongside senior Amber Munoz. She ranks second on the team in home runs (3) and RBIs (19)—just behind Munoz in both categories. Her all-around performance at the plate has positioned her among the top offensive players in the Greater Miami Conference (GMC).

Haley's consistency, power, and leadership continue to drive the Thunderhawks as they push toward postseason play.

BRODY GILLIGAN 

Lakota East Athletics proudly recognizes Brody Gilligan, junior infielder for the Thunderhawk Varsity Baseball Team, as this week’s Putters Sports Grill Spring Athlete of the Week!

Brody is having a standout season, establishing himself as one of the top hitters in the Greater Miami Conference (GMC). He currently leads the league with an impressive .455 batting average, and his .535 on-base percentage reflects his ability to consistently reach base and set the tone offensively.

Gilligan has also been a clutch run-producer, driving in 21 RBIs to help power the Thunderhawks' offense and keep them competitive in every matchup.

Brody’s consistency, work ethic, and impact at the plate have been key to the team’s success this spring.

Congratulations, Brody, on your exceptional performance and well-deserved recognition!
