LADY HAWK WRESTLERS STATE BOUND
The LADYHAWKS, Lakota East’s Inaugural girls wrestling team competed in the regional wrestling tournament at Harrison High School this past weekend and placed 4th as a team out of more than 60 schools.
Regionals are the second level in the Ohio State Championship series in wrestling. The top 4 finishers compete at the state championships in the Schottenstein Center on the Ohio State campus in Columbus.
Those heading to Columbus for the state tournament are:
Camryn Gresham (9) champion of the 100 pound weight class!
Jasmyn Ashford (12) placed 4 th at the 170 pound weight class.
Sydney Hall (11) placed 2nd at the 190 pound weight class.
Jorja Lunkenheimer (10) placed 5 th at the 120 pound weight class.
These girls will continue their unbelievable season at the state tournament this Friday in Columbus.
