GIRLS' VOLLEYBALL UPDATES
The Thunderhawks took on the Firebirds in an epic showdown on Tuesday evening! Down 0-2 after the first two sets, the varsity volleyball team pulled off an incredible comeback victory, winning 3 straight sets to defeat West 3-2! The team showed some amazing determination, fighting hard in all aspects of the game.
The team managed 50 kills on the night, with the scoring led by Sophomore Lauren Sanders with 13 kills. Libero Kate Rabin put up an impressive 17 digs, and the team combined for 12 blocks!
The JVB team also won in straight sets, but the JVA fell in two. This moves the Hawks to 6-4 on the season and 2-1 in conference play

East VB fell at home to Sycamore on Thursday by scores of 25-20, 25-19, 25-10. No other details are available.
