GIRL'S TRACK/FIELD CAPTURES ANOTHER DISTRICT TITLE!

East Girls Track and Field brought home A SW District Title at Ross last Friday! For the Hawks, it is their 6th district title in the last 7 years!. 

Junior Heaven Wills was 2nd overall in the Girls 200m at Districts! She ran a PR & is headed to Regionals in her 2nd individual event! 

Junior Ivy Smith was 4th overall in the Girls 200m. She also ran a PR & is going to Regionals!

Next up for East Track and Field is the Regional Championships at Dayton's Welcome Stadium hosted by Wayne HS with prelims on Wednesday, May 22nd, and finals on Friday, May 24th. Times: W) 5:00 PM (F), 6:30 PM (R) F) 5:00 PM (F), 6:30 PM (R).

The first four individuals or relay teams in each event in the FOUR regional tournaments AND the next TOP 2 times/heights/distances from around the STATE shall qualify for the State Meet.

The OHSAA State Track and Field Championships will be held this year at Dayton's Welcome Stadium on May 30-June 1
