GIRLS SWIM/DIVE SEND SWIMMERS TO DISTRICT!

The East Girls Swim/Dive Team competed at Sectional this past Saturday and will send a host of Hawks to District. See details below:

Girls advanced to Districts:

200 Medley Relay (Natalie Fada, Ella Witkowski, Bailey Bacher, Jocelyn Squibb)

200 Free:  Emmy Hollo

200 IM:  Natalie Fada, Jocelyn Squibb

100 Free:  Bailey Bacher

500 Free:  Emmy Hollo

200 Free Relay (Natalie Fada, Ella Witkowski, Jocelyn Squibb, Bailey Bacher)

100 Back:  Natalie Fada

100 Breast:  Ella Witkowski

400 Free Relay (Ella Witkowski, Jocelyn Squibb, Emmy Hollo, Bailey Bacher)

Next up for East is the District Championships and possible state advancement at Miami University on Saturday, 2/21.

Division I Advancers to State

The District Tournament will automatically qualify three (3) in each swimming event to the State Meet, with twenty (20) at large qualifiers that will be selected on the basis of times recorded in the District Meet. At District diving, a cut to 20 divers will be made after 5 dives and 16 divers after 8 dives. Representation for the State Diving Tournaments shall be calculated based on the entries for this current season.
