GIRLS' SOCCER  IS UNDERWAY!

The Lakota East Girls Soccer Team opened its season against Kings High School on Thursday, 8/17.  The Thunderhawks had goals from senior Josie Bencic and Freshman Bailey Bacher, but unfortunately fell to Kings 2-6.

The Hawks girls fell on Saturday to a very tough MND team by a 3-0 final. No details are available.

The Thunderhawks traveled to Springboro Tuesday night to take on perennial GWOC power, the Springboro Panthers. 


It was an enjoyable evening of high school soccer as both teams battled back and forth. The Panthers were able to find the back of the net with 24 minutes left in the second half and held on for a final 1-0 victory.

The Thunderhawks continue to look for offense and make progress every game.

Next up the Anderson Raptors on Thursday night at Anderson.
