The Thunderhawks season got underway Saturday, March 11th with a tri-match at West Clermont with McNick. 

The Thunderhawks lost a tough 3-set match to McNick (22-25, 25-20, 17-25), but bounced back and swept West Clermont in 2 sets (25-14, 25-11). 

The Thunderhawks were led offensively on the weekend by sophomore right side hitter, Grant Simer, with 16 kills and 3 aces. Junior setter, Caron Hill, led the team at the net with 6 blocks and 48 assists. Junior outside hitter, Drew Honigford, led the team on defense with 14 digs.

The Thunderhawks knocked off Taylor in 3 set sweep fashion on Tuesday night, March 14th (25-21, 25-13, 25-13). 

Sophomore right side hitter, Grant Simer, led the team on offense with 12 kills. Junior outside hitter, Owen Zech, led the team in serving with 4 aces. 

Defensively, junior outside hitter, Drew Honigford led the team with 9 digs and senior middle hitter, Jake Reisner had 6 blocks.
