Lakota East Men's Soccer Secures 2-0 Victory Over Little Miami
Lakota East earned their first win of the season with a strong 2-0 performance against Little Miami on Tuesday night. Junior captain Tucker Jones set the tone early, finding the back of the net within the first five minutes of play. Senior Caleb Edwards added to the lead with a well-placed goal in the 28th minute.
Junior goalkeeper and captain Nick Maslin anchored the defense, recording his first shutout of the season. With the win, East improves to 1-1 on the year.
The Thunderhawks will look to build on this momentum as they hit the road to face Walnut Hills this Saturday at 5:00 PM.
East Boys Soccer fell 1-0 at Milford in their season-opener on Saturday, 8/16. No other details were available.
