The boys 9/10 open saw personal best times from nearly the whole lineup. The team was led by freshman Ben Karam and sophomore Colin Poe. They worked together to finish two seconds apart and both dropped a full minute off their personal record times. They were followed by freshmen Leo Sabatini and Micah Charles and sophomore Aaron Matlack who also all ran personal best times. Like Karam and Poe, sophomores Ben Corcoran and Quin Horgan exemplified the power of teamwork as they crossed the finish line only one second apart and both set personal records.
True to the competitive nature of the course, the girls open race showcased many personal best times as well. Sophomore Isabel Grissom set the tone as the leader of the pack and dropped over a minute on her personal record. She was followed closely by sophomores Avery Swann-Rodriguez and Lucy Ostermyer who both shaved considerable amounts of time off their personal best times too.
