BOY'S BASKETBALL WEEKEND RESULTS

The Hawk boys took a 50-45 tumble last Friday night at Oak Hills. East got outscored 35-23 over the final 16 minutes against the Highlanders. Leaders for East: Lebron Powell and Derek Jackson 12 points.

On Saturday night, East traveled to Ottawa-Glandorf for a non-conference affair and fell 47-43 in a tight contest. No details are available at this time.
Next up, East (8-12, 6-8) will host Hamilton Tuesday night for senior night.
The Hawk boys drew the #15 seed in the upcoming postseason sectional. East has a first-round bye and will play the winner of the Withrow (#9 seed) and Colerain (#30 seed) on Tuesday, Feb. 21st, at 5:30 pm at Lakota West.
