BOYS BASKETBALL LOSE IN OT TO BIG BLUE

The East Boys fought their way back from a deficit in regulation to force an overtime period at Hamilton on Tuesday, 2/3. Unfortunately, a last-second heave to win the game in OT fell short and the Hawks fell 50-48 to Big Blue.

Sophomore Alec Washburn's three-pointer tied the game with under a minute to play in regulation. Luke Shaw also hit a big three-pointer in the fourth. Big Blue was able to hold on in OT. Brady Bowman led East with 13 points, Ashton Washburn had 11 and JJ Smith had 10.

East (10-7, 6-6) visits Mason this Friday, Feb. 6th.
