Putter's Lakota East Athletes of the Week for 4/27/23
REILLY MEYER
Reilly is a freshman on the East Boys Track/Field Team
Reilly has had an incredible start to his first high school track season. In his first race, he was the 1600-meter Champion, with a time of 4:31.7, at the Ross Invitational on March 29th. One week later, he won the 3200 meters in 9:36.8 at the ECC vs. GMC Invitational at Sycamore High School. He was then victorious at the Lakota East Invitational 1600 meter event with a time of 4:35.7. Reilly is set up to make a deep, post-season run in just his freshman year!
J.D. LEVERETTE
J.D. is a senior on the East Boys Track/Field Team
J.D. ran his personal best at the Lakota East Invitational in the 400 meters with a time of 49.02. That puts him at #3 in the state in the event.
KAITLYN PHAM
Kaitlyn is a sophomore on the East Girls Track/Field Team
Kaitlyn ran her personal best time in the 300 hurdles at Harrison Invitational with a time of 45.48. That puts her at #6 in the state in the event.
