LADY HAWKS SWEEP MIDDLETOWN
East Volleyball broke into the win column in convincing fashion Tuesday, sweeping Middletown 25-10, 25-7, 25-8.
The victory was also the Thunderhawks' GMC opener, moving East to 1-1 overall and 1-0 in conference play.

East Volleyball (12-12, 6-3) was not able to get by #1 Seton in the District Final on Saturday. The Hawks battled, but fell in straight sets of 25-12, 25-17, 25-4.

Girls Volleyball Fights on In State Tournament
Girls VB kept their season alive on Tuesday night with a 22-25, 25-17, 25-9, 25-14 win over Princeton. The Hawks will look to move forward in the next match, the SW District Championship.
East (12-11) will play the winner of the Seton/Western Hills match for a District Title on Saturday, 10/25 at TBD.
