2025-26 Season Outlook

The 2025-2026 boys’ volleyball team will be a young team, consisting of 3 seniors. The team will be led by senior libero and Mount St. Joseph commit, Carson Berling. Many players from last year’s Varsity roster return as the Thunderhawks look to make it a three-peat for the conference title and make a deep run in this year’s OHSAA state tournament.

East Volleyball advanced to the second round of the Regional Tournament on Friday, defeating a stubborn Mason team by scores of 25-21, 25-20, 25-22. No other details have been provided. Next up for East VB (21-3) is a Regional Semi-Final match at St. Xavier

Lakota East secured its third consecutive GMC Championship dominantly, sweeping Hamilton in straight sets (25-4, 25-5, 25-6) to cap off a perfect 8-0 conference season. Over the past three seasons, East has not lost a GMC match, going
