The 2022 East softball team is poised to improve on their 9-9 season last year. With one returning senior ( Bri Lawson) the team could be set for to improve on last season. Juniors Leilah Ferrari and Ella Bauman also return and new junior additions Kait Haiber and Tess Koziel will be the backbones of the team for this season and next. With the amount of underclassmen that will make up the roster the future looks bright.

East Softball notched two wins recently defeating Hamilton 7-0 on Wednesday and Oak Hills on Thursday by a score of 8-5. The victories keep them in 2nd place tie in the GMC with Fairfield and only a game behind Mason in the loss column. Next up, East (18-8,
East Softball took a tough loss on Monday at the hands of Fairfield. The loss knocked them out of a 1st place tie with Mason. No details of the game were provided.
